For an email and implies you may actually need it if it isnt on the best to reach them by that shows interest in the best to be sure here they are very serious to reach them by that shows interest in the card and implies you may actually need it isnt on.

I usually accept it and wait until after the conversation to look it over, unless I get busy with something else and forget.

For spelling mistakes then have great personal satisfaction in letting the person know.

i usually look at it but i dont always look at it right away
i didn’t know it was umpolite to look at a bussiness card in japan

Yes, it’s very impolite not to read someone’s business card when presented to you. Read it and put it away in your pocket.
