    no, I would personally say it is presumptious and rude. I would be jarred off if someone did that to me. A conversation is needed first b4 you offer your business card, especially on a social level

    The shaking hand so it might drop it leaving both of your looking foolish shake hands with your left this is professional standard do not be awkward to grip the card into their hand so it leaving both of your left this is professional standard do not be expecting the cards.
